About Me

I grew up running wild in the Pennsylvania woods, adoring anything and everything about nature. Thoug, plant medicine didn't find me until years later, after I had moved to Colorado, when my kids got sick and there was no medicine in the house. I pulled an old herb book off the shelf, made my first remedy, and watched it work. That moment cracked something open, and I've been following the plants ever since.

Since 2009, my practice has been rooted in the Colorado mountains, where I've grown into a vitalist and folk herbalist, Reiki Master, Transpersonal Crystal Healing® practitioner, and Wild Woman Project Circle Leader. I believe the body holds its own deep wisdom, and my work is about supporting that vitality rather than overriding it.

Every remedy I make is handcrafted in small batches and formulated in alignment with the lunar cycles, bringing together herbs, crystals, and the rhythm of the cosmos. Caring for the earth is part of that medicine. I work with organic ingredients, harvest with respect for the land, package in reusable glass with compostable labels, and am growing more of my own herbs each season so the plants I use are tended as carefully as the people they serve.

Whether you come to me for a consult, a healing session, a circle, or a jar of tea, my hope is the same: that you leave feeling more connected to your body, to the earth, and to your own wild nature.

With reverence & wildness,
Pamela
