Our services and products are intended to support energetic balance, personal growth, and holistic well-being. They are not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

You must be 18 years or older to book services or purchase products, or have written consent from a legal guardian.

All sessions must be booked in advance. A 50% deposit is collected at booking, with the remainder due at time of service. Product purchases are processed at checkout.

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of our goods and the nature of energetic services, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at orders@wildmoonmedicine.com.

Your privacy is respected. Anything shared in consultations is confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
